Yet another day…
Well, today was the first day back at school. In my Composition 2 class I think about 15 people showed up. There’s about 25 people in the class. It was pretty funny because the whole front of the class was missing, everyone that normally sat in the back was there. We talked a bit about how language is used in short stories *yawn* and then I turned in my revisions to my essay #4. Next, I went to my Texas Government class. I completly forgot that there was another test Wednesday, so that’s another thing I have to study for. We went over some new material, then we reviewed for the test next class. The test doesn’t sound too bad, I think I can at least get a solid ‘B’ on it. Tomorrow I have a huge macroeconomics test, which should be pretty fun. This week is a very busy week.
At work today, I just cleaned boards… all day. I don’t know how many there were, but somewhere around 110 to 130. It’s a very boring job; I can’t hear anything while I’m cleaning the boards because of the fan going to keep the fumes out of the room. Even with my mask however I caught a pretty good high.
Tonight and tomorrow my mom’s babysitting her co-worker’s kids while she’s in Louisiana. My mom found out today that her foot might be broken, it’s been bothering her for about a week, but she finally went in and had it looked at. She’s waiting on the xrays to know for sure.
I’m updating everything on my computer, a total of 348 packages, really fun / long to compile. I’m thinking about trying the new 2.6.12-rc1 when everything gets done updating. It took out Ross’s front speakers, so he could only use his front ones, but I don’t have to worry about that since I only have front speakers.
Anyway, I’m talking with Paige right now, so I’m going to stop now.
Well, I was browsing around Roo’s
I was looking at some comments on a post, and I saw a
Paige is home and I’m a very happy chappy. Today I went and picked her up from the school where the busses had dropped her off, and we went back to her house. The bus that she was on had a broken air conditioner, so she wanted to take a shower before we went and did anything. We were at her house for about two hours while she took a shower, then we went into San Marcos to get some pizza from Valentino’s. I think that’s what it’s called, I can’t really remember, but she wanted to go there so we headed that way. On the way there, she saw
